摘    要:高面板堆石坝后期变形是恶化大坝防渗结构的重要因素。洪家渡面板坝在次堆石区采用冲碾压实技术,用爆破次堆石料,按次堆石料填筑层厚经碾压达到主堆石料的密实度和级配要求,这既可减少堆石体后期次压缩变形和蠕变变形,又可以加快填筑施工速度,从而提高坝体质量,获得较好的经济效益。

Abstract:The later deformation of high CFRD is the main factor of deteriorating the impervious structure of dam. The technique of impact roller compaction has been adopted in the secondary rockfill zone of Hongjiadu concrete face rockfill dam (CFRD). By the filling thickness of secondary rockfill materials, the secondary rockfill material used excavated material from the quarry and ballast has been impacted to the requirements of main rockfill material in dry density and gradation. It not only can reduce the later secondary compaction deformation and creep deformation of secondary rockfill zone, but also can accelerate the embankment construction. All of these has advanced the quality of dam body, meanwhile, significant economical benefits has been gained.
