| 摘 要： | 业务的规范化和信息的规范化是城市规划管理信息系统的基础性工作。本文作者以苏州工业园区为对象 ,将规划管理业务及其信息作为整体 ,参考计算机软件开发中面向对象的分析与设计方法 ,进行描述、定义 ,其研究结果对规划管理人员是理顺、改进业务的重要参考 ,同时 ,对计算机软软件开发人员也是主要依据。 |

| Abstract: | The normalization of the professional work and the information is the basis of urban planning administration. The research results are important referencefor the administrators, and main foundation for the software developers. |
