Abstract: | The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the role of information sharing, information quality, and information availability in the development of trust and commitment in supply chain relationships. Samples were gathered in Taiwan and Canada using a field questionnaire. Multiple regression and ANOVA were used to analyze the data. It was found that there is a positive relationship between the level of quality, and availability, and the level of trust; information sharing and commitment. Additionally, results revealed that country moderates the relationship between information sharing and trust. |
