Abstract:The technological property of the hinge pedestal part is analyzed.The overall structure of the progressive die for the part and the design layout are introduced in detail.The method for the design and calculation of the key parts of the die are stated.Practices show that the die structure is flexible and reliable and can ensure the product quality.It can serve as a reference to the deˉsign of the progressive dies for similar parts.
