硅藻土负载二氧化钛复合材料的制备与光催化性能

摘    要:对硅藻土进行提纯处理后,用水解沉淀法制备了硅藻土负载纳米TiO2复合材料.采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射等手段对复合材料进行了表征,并进行了复合材料的光降解脱色实验研究.结果表明:负载在硅藻土表面的TiO2晶型为锐钛型,晶粒平均尺寸为12nm,纳米TiO2在硅藻土表面形成了均匀的包覆.用对罗丹明B溶液的脱色率检验得到样品的光降解性能.结果表明:所制备的硅藻土负载纳米TiO2复合材料具有较强的光降解性,其对罗丹明B的光降解率明显高于德国Degussa公司的纳米TiO2商品P25的降解率.

Abstract:Diatomite supported nano-TiO2 composite was prepared by the hydrolytic deposition method with purified diatomite. The composite was characterized by a scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction, and the photocatalytic degrading decoloriza- tion test of the composite was investigated. The results show that the TiO2 coated on the surfacee of diatomite uniformly is the crystal of anatase, the average crystal size is 12 nm. The photocatalytic activity of samples obtained was examined by decolorization test of Rhodanmine B solutions and shows that the composite of diatomite supported nano-TiO2 has strong photocatalytic activity, and the decolorizing rate for Rhodanmine B solutions is obviously larger than that of the nano-TiO2 merchant P25 from Degussa company in Germany.
