基于PLC带自修正因子模糊控制自动配料系统研究

摘    要:针对精细化工、建筑等行业的自动精确配料的问题,提出了一种基于PLC控制,算法采用带自修正因子模糊控制方法,设计了一种在误差、误差变化率、控制量语言变量的全论域范围内带有自修正因子模糊控制器.研究结果表明,采用带自修正因子模糊控制系统,比传统PID调节器、传统的模糊控制器有系统输出响应快、无超调、对参数有较强的鲁棒性等优点,能够很好地解决自动精确配料的问题,从而产生了较高的经济效益.

Abstract:Aim at the problem of accurate auto-ingredient in fine chemical engineering and building profession,based on PLC,a method which adopt the factor self-modify fuzzy control was proposed,and the factor self-modify fuzzy controller which is inside the whole theory area scope of the error margin,the error margin variety rate and the control quantity language variety was designed.Study result indicates that the factor self-modify fuzzy control system,compared with traditional PID modulator and traditional fuzzy controller,have good output respond,no over adjust and stronger robustness of the parameter,can be good to resolve the problem of auto-ingredient,and produces a higher economic performance.
