我国硅热法炼镁现状及发展趋势

摘    要:近几年来,硅热法炼镁在我国得到迅速的发展,但我国镁冶金工业是在特定的环境和条件下发展起来的,大多数炼镁厂设计欠缺,装备落后,技术水平差,原、燃料消耗高,产量低而不稳,成本高,经济效益偏低。我国镁冶金工业是以牺牲环境和燃料资源为代价的。因此,硅热法炼镁企业需要推广新技术、新设备,降低成本,提高产量,使我国由产镁大国成为技术先进的产镁强国,所以,我国硅热法炼镁的发展趋势为开发高效、节能、环保的皮江法炼镁工艺。

Abstract:In recent years,the heating silicon metallurgy magnesium has been gotten hold of expeditious development in our country,But the magnesium metallurgical industry of China has been developed in special circumstance and condition:the design is defective,the contrivance is fall behind,the engineering level is difference,the consumption of crude materials and fuel materials is high,the output is low and unstable,the cost is high and the economic effect is on the low side of the smelting magnesium plant.In a word,The magnesium metallurgical industry of China is at the cost of circumstance and the resource of fuel material.Accordingly,the venture of heating silicon metallurgy magnesium needs popularize new technology and new equipment,cost reduction and output raise,in cause of our country can from the great country in magnesium output to powerful country in magnesium output of modern techniques.So that,the developmental tendency to smelt magnesium by silican-thermoieduction in China is exploitation of smelting magnesium process of highly active,energy saving and environmental protection.
