红薯茎叶提取物抗炎作用的研究

摘    要:为了解红薯茎叶提取物抗炎作用和效果,以昆明种小鼠为对象,研究六种红薯茎叶提取物对二甲苯诱导小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸所致小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性升高和棉球所致小鼠肉芽肿的影响。结果表明,红薯茎叶石油醚提取物没有抗炎作用,氯仿、丙酮、乙醇和水提取物具有体内抗炎作用,抗炎效果与提取溶剂的极性相关。

Abstract:Anti-inflammation effect of extract from sweet potato stem and leaf (ESPSL) were studied in mice. The influence of ESPSL on dimethylbenzene -induced ear swollen, increased vascular permeability and cotten-pellet granuloma were investigated. The results suggested that the petroleum ether extract from sweet potato stem and leaf couldn't show anti-inflammatory effect, anti-inflammatory effects of other extracts had some relationship with the polarity of solvent.
