摘    要:介绍15.0/55-17IMP 14PR低断面无内胎农业轮胎的设计.结构设计:外直径792 mm,断面宽378mm,行驶面宽度315mm,行驶面弧度高 17 mm,胎圈着合直径434mm,胎圈着合宽度343mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.835 9,采用6条纵向曲折花纹沟设计,花纹深度 11 mm,花纹周节数34,花纹饱和度 63%.施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体采用4层2100dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布;采用胶囊反包成型机成型,45英寸胶囊硫化机硫化.成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,静负荷性能满足使用要求.

Abstract:The design of 15. 0/55- 17IMP 14PR low profile tubeless agricultural tire was de- scribed. In the structural design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 792 mm, cross-sectional width 378 mm, width of running surface 315 ram, height of running surface 17 ram,bead diameter at rim seat 434 ram,bead width at rim seat 343 ram,maximum width position of cross section (H1/H2) 0. 835 9,6 longitudinal zigzag grooves, pattern depth 11 ram,total number of pitches 34, block/total ratio 63%. In the construction design, the following processes were taken:two formula and three-piece extruded tread,4 layers of dipped 2100dtex/3 nylon 6 cord for car- cass ply;using bladder turn-up building machine to build tires,and using 45 inch bladder curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of relative design and national standard, the static load per- formance met the application requirement.
