丁腈橡胶发泡涂料的制备工艺

摘    要:采用液态法施工自由发泡工艺,对不同发泡剂份数、2段加热温度和时间5个影响因素进行正交试验,对制得样品的性能和泡孔结构进行测试并加权处理,得到对应的综合性能。通过对各种性能的直观分析获取其主要影响因素和最佳条件。结果表明:在发泡剂15phr、第1段130%/30min、第2段170℃/40min时发泡涂料的综合性能最好。

Abstract:The free foaming process and liquid method of construction was applied to prepare the samples. The mechanical properties and cell structure of the resulting samples at different copies of blowing agents, temperature and time of segments were tested by orthogonal experiment. The corresponding overall performance could be evalua- ted by weighting the test results, and the main factors and optimal conditions of various properties could be got by intuitive analysis. The final results showed that foam rubber has the best overall performance at 15 phr foaming a- gent,first 130 ℃/30 rain,second 170 ℃/40 min.
