摘    要:设计了一个以松下FP1-C40C可编程控制器为核心的自动灌溉系统.湿度传感器检测土壤湿度并将其传入PLC,与内设的理想湿度比较后控制电磁阀和水泵电机的通断,从而实现自动灌溉.采用PC机对系统进行定期的数据采集及储存,以及灌溉的定时、定量和循环控制,以实现集中化管理.整个系统由自动测量模块、PLC下位机、PC上位机及灌溉工作站等4部分组成.该系统成本较低,操作简单,维护方便,可以广泛应用于农村的小规模灌溉.

Abstract:This paper designs an automatic irrigation system based on Panasonic FPI-C40C PLC. The sys- tem relies on the electromagnetic valve and pump motor controlled by the PLC, which compares the soil humidity tested from the humidity sensor with the pre-set ideal figure. In the system, PC is responsible for the centralized management, including regular data acquisition and storage, and timing, quantifying and cycle control of the irrigation. The system is composed of four parts:automatic measuring module, PLC slave computer,PC host computer and irrigation work station. Due to its low cost and easy operation and maintenance,its wide application in the small-scale irrigation of rural areas can be expected.
