| Abstract: | The paper discusses refining and chemical industry automation at the beginning of the 21st century from the following aspects:1) the integrated system of management and control; 2) a change in construction composition of information in automation system and the rapid increase of uncontrollable information; 3) the replacement of traditional DCS with open DCS; 4) the use of fieldbus; 5)field intelligent instrument; 6)the application of advanced process control. |
