摘    要:空气预热器是对热风系统产生的高温废烟气进行余热回收再利用的节能设备。首钢炼铁厂通过对一高炉旧有空气预热气的改造恢复,有效提高了空气预热效果,直接带来热风温度提高和高炉焦比的下降,收到了可观的经济回报。

Abstract:Air Preheater is an energy-saving apparatus for recover high-temperature waste flue gas made by the hot air system.The Ironmaking Plant reconstructed an old air preheater of No.1 blast furnace, which effectively enhanced its air preheating effect, decreased coke ratio and obtained considerable economic benefits.
