钠基膨润土的有机改性

摘    要:采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对钠基膨润土进行了有机纳米改性。对制得的插层土进行了扫描电镜、热重分析、X-射线衍射实验分析,结果表明插层剂已进入了膨润土片层间,减量率可达23%,且片层间距由原来的1.272nm增大到2.628nm。

Abstract:In this paper, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide was used for organic modification of Na-montmorillonite. The organically modified montmorillonite was analyzed by SEM, TG, and XRD. The results show that the cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide has been intercalated into the layers of montmorillonite. The weight loss rate of montmorillonite is 23% , and the layer distance of the montmorillonite is increased from 1. 272 nm to 2. 628 nm.
