| 摘 要： | 针对轴封系统改造效果评估缺乏客观依据的问题,建立了轴封间隙对机组热经济性影响的数学模型,并将该模型应用于某600MW机组轴封改造效果的评估计算,结果表明,利用该模型能客观的计算出轴封间隙调整后对机组标准煤耗率的影响。

| Abstract: | The alteration effect of shaft gland system is lack of objective basis,in order to solve this problem,the model of shaft gland leakage on thermal economy is built in the paper.Taking 600 MW supercritical unit as an example,the model is experienced to evaluate the alteration effect of shaft gland.The results show that the effect of shaft gland clearance on standard coal consumption rate can be calculate objectively by the model. |
