乙炔法合成氯乙烯用无汞触媒研究进展

摘    要:氯乙烯单体的工业合成方法主要有乙炔氢氯化法和乙烯氧氯化法。我国大约70%氯乙烯单体(VCM)采用乙炔氢氯化法生产。使用新型无汞催化剂替代目前剧毒的氯化汞/活性炭催化剂是该工艺亟待解决的难题。综述了乙炔法合成氯乙烯用无汞触媒的研究进展,探讨了无汞触媒的种类、结构与性能,并展望了今后的发展趋势。

Abstract:There were two methods for industrial synthesis of vinyl chloride monomer, hydrochlorination of acetylene and oxychlorination of ethylene. In China, about 70% of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) products were produced from acetylene hydrochlorination. It was a great challenge to use new - type mercury - free catalysts instead of highly toxic acti- vated carbon supported HgC12 catalyst. Progress in research on mercury - free catalysts for the synthesis of vinyl chloride were summarized. Types, structure and properties of mercury - free catalyst were introduced, and the development pros- pects of mercury- free catalysts were looked forward.
