深潜用固体浮力材料的研究进展

摘    要:简要介绍了化学泡沫复合材料、微球复合泡沫材料和轻质复合材料三种固体浮力材料及国内外固体浮力材料的技术发展概况。化学泡沫材料由于压缩强度低,应用受到限制;轻质复合材料由于随着浮力材料制备技术的进步,已逐渐被微球复合材料取代;微球复合材料由于填充刚性的空心微球,可以应用于水深超过4000 m或环境较为恶劣的情况。

Abstract:Three solid buoyancy materials of chemical foam composite material, microspheres compound foam materials and lightweight composite material and the technology development situation of solid buoyancy materials at home and abroad were briefly introduced. Due to the compression strength was low, the application of the chemical foam materials was restricted. Since the buoyancy material preparation technology progress, lightweight composite materials were gradually replaced by microspheres composite material. Due to fill with the rigid hollow microspheres, the microspheres composite materials can be used in the depth of water more than 4000 m or the situation of a more bad environment.
