以利福平为载体的静松灵兽药电极的研制

摘    要:研制了以利福平(rifanpicin)为活性载体的静松灵选择性电极。该电极在pH 4.00~9.00的10-2mol/L NaCl的水溶液中,测定静松灵的线形响应范围为1.0×10-2~6.50×10-6mol/L,斜率为57.8 mv/pC,检测下限为5.01×10-7mol/L。电极响应快,重现性和稳定性好。

Abstract:The drug xyalzole electrode using a rifanpicin as carrier was made.In 10-2 mol/L NaCl sol-ution aroud pH 4.00~9.00,the response linear range of the electrode was 1.0×10-2~6.50×10-6 mol/L.Its slope was 57.8 mv/pC.The low limit was 5.01×10-7 mol/L.The electrode had the adwantages of fast response,good reproducibility and stability.
