空心环管壳式换热器在20kt/a硫酸系统中的应用

摘    要:20kt/a冶炼烟气制酸系统转化工序改造中,采用4台空心环管壳式换热器替代原有6台双圆缺形列管式换热器.与原有换热器相比,空心环管壳式换热器具有传热系数高、占地面积小、阻力小、运行费用低、使用寿命长的优点.改造后的运行情况表明,转化工序实现了自热平衡,电耗由210.03 kWh/t降至165.73 kWh/t,综合效益明显.

Abstract:Six existing heat exchangers with double segmental baffles were replaced by four shell-and-tube heat exchangers with ring supporters in retrofitting of conversion section of 20 kt/a smelter off-gas sulphuric acid plant. Compared with the former ones, the latter heat exchanger had advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, small space requirement, low pressure drop, less operation cost and long service life. After retrofitting, the conversion section attained heat equilibrium and electric consumption per tone of sulphuric acid was decreased from 210. 03 kWh to 165. 73 kWh.
