聚乙烯与铝材的粘结研究

摘    要:本文通过聚乙烯本性改性、表面改性以及粘合剂的选择,探讨了聚乙烯与铝材的粘结,发现通过表面改性或/和使用热交、可以使铝材和聚乙烯达到优良的粘结,在实际上可获得应用。

Abstract:The effect of polyethylene bulk modification,surface modification and adhesives on the adhesion between polyethylene and aluminum was investigated in this paper.The excellent adhesion between them could be reached by the chemical modification and flame treatment of polyethylene and use of the hot melt adhesives such as EVA.These methods of the treatment for PE could be used in practical applications.
