| Abstract: | Use of water and sediment resources in the lower reaches of the Huang He has not been fully developed so far. Suggestions have been made for further developing and using the resources. North China is seriously deficient in water resources. Water diversion from the Huang He could play an important part in alleviating shortages in the North China Plain before the projects of diverting water from the Changjiang are completed. |
