机械加工实训材料PVC塑料制品研究

机械加工实训是机械类专业学生必修的实践教学环节，目前使用的教学材料在经济性、环保和安全等方面存在很多不足。研究使用PVC塑料制品替代传统机械加工实训教学用的材料。主要从实训环节的能量消耗、产生噪声的程度、刀具材料的损耗和切削润滑液的使用等因素考虑，采用PVC塑料制品替代传统的钢材、铝合全，还有石蜡、尼龙等实训教学材料。从提高PVC材料的力学性能、切削加工性能以及环保的角度，研究PVC塑料制品的回收再利用、配制等。最终得到适合机械加工实训使用的PVC塑料制品配方和加工方法，以及实际教学使用的结论。
