ZGM80N型中速磨煤机液压油站技术改造

针对茂名热电厂200 MW机组制粉系统中速磨煤机液压油站多次发生油滤网堵塞、油温高等问题,对液压油站存在的缺陷及检修效率低下的原因进行了分析,提出了液压油站设备及布置方式的改造措施。经改造后,消除了造成滤网堵塞、油温高的因素,提高了检修效率。

Technical Retrofit on Hydraulic Oil Station of a ZGM80N Medium-speed Pulverizer

Aiming at the problems frequently occurred in the medium-speed pulverizing system of a 200 MW power unit in Maoming Thermal Power Plant,such as oil filter blockage and high oil temperature etc.,a cause analysis was made to both above and the low maintenance efficiency problems.Retrofit scheme concerning relevant equipment and the arrangement were proposed and carried out,which has finally solved the problems of oil filter blockage and too high temperature of oil,thus resulting in higher maintenance efficiency.
