摘    要:以Span60(失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯)为乳化剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂.采用逆相乳液聚合法制备聚丙烯酸盐高吸水树脂。研究了引发剂、交联剂以及乳化剂浓度对聚合物吸水率的影响;讨论了外界压力、温度对聚合物保水性能的影响;并通过红外光谱测试对聚合物的结构进行了分析。

Abstract:A super absorbent resin was prepared by the inverse emulsion polymerization of acrylic acid sodium salt initiated with K2S2O8. Studied the relationships between the amount of initiator, crosslinker, emulsifier and the water absorbability of reisin, the water retentions of resin in high press and high temperature were discussed and the structure of resin was also identified by means of IR.
