对企业高级领导人员及后备干部英语培训的思考

摘    要:中国石化高级领导人员及后备干部的英语培训,较之普通员工的英语培训在诸方面存在明显差异。要求培训者在制定培训方案、组织教学实施的过程中,有针对性的结合中国石化对高层次、复合型领军人才的要求,拓展思路,因材施教。文章根据培训中发现的问题,提出解决问题的思路和办法。

Abstract:English training of senior leader and reserve cadre in SINOPEC exists obvious differences compared with that of ordinary staff, which require the trainers purposely combine with the need of high level and composite leaders in SINOPEC broaden idea, teach based on trainees ability while making training plan and organizing teaching. Based on problems emerged out in training, we presented idea and method to solve the problems.
