Tension Frame Position Closed Loop Control System of the Synchronous VVVF Electric Drive System of 320 Wet combined Coiler

This paper studies a sub-item of the transformation project of 8800t/a acrylic production line. In oaler to accomplish the accurate speed synchronous control of the 320 wet combined coiler and the drier, the cybernetic model of the tension frame position control system is established firstly to study the relaturnslip between the performance index of the position control system and the accuration of the position measuring element, and then establish the computing method of the synchronous control accuration.In accordance with this computing methed, the position measuring method and the position closed loop control system is designed. This system was put into operation in Daqing Petrochemical Plan in 1997 .6. 10, the synchronous control accaraion of it reached up to 0. 9% and full filled the technological requirements.
