| 摘 要： | 在分析异形孔台阶齿轮结构基础上,确定异形孔台阶齿轮冷挤压工艺,设计了挤压模,在应力分析基础上,优化了挤压凸模、凹模结构参数,提高了模具使用寿命。

| Abstract: | After a study on the structure of a step-shaped gear with a profile hole, the cold extrusion process was determined and a cold extrusion die for forming the part was designed and optimized. The structural parameters of the punch and die plate were also majorized based on the stress analysis, and as a result the service life of the die was extended. |
