摘    要:分散独立控制的风-光-储系统未对负荷进行统一协调响应,其无序充放电不利于电力系统的安全经济运行。针对集群风-光-储系统,构建基于二维联盟多代理技术(MATTDA)的广域协调控制架构,提出适用于风-光-储集群的广域协调优化控制策略。以平抑风-光整体出力波动促进风-光消纳和优化电池储能寿命为控制目标,采用JADE搭建多代理仿真环境,通过算例系统验证所提控制策略可充分利用风-光-储集群出力的时空差异性,提高集群出力的整体可控性,有效平抑风-光整体出力波动,并改善其独立无序充放电对储能使用寿命的不利影响。

Abstract:Independently-decentralized WPESs don’t have an uniform and coordinated response to the load,and its disordered charge and discharge is not unfavorable to the safe and economical operation of power system. For WPESs cluster,a wide-area coordination control framework based on Multi-Agent Technology for Two-Dimensional Alliance(MATTDA)was constructed,and a wide-area coordination optimal control strategy applicable for WPESs cluster was proposed. Taking the smoothing of windphotovoltaic power output and the optimization of the battery energy storage life as the control target,a simulation example was built in JADE. The simulation results show that the coordination algorithm can fully utilize the spatial and time differences of the WPESs cluster output to improve the overall controllability of WPESs cluster output,and effectively suppress the fluctuation of the wind-photovoltaic overall power output and improve the adverse effect on the life of battery storage caused by disordered charge and discharge of the WPESs.
