摘    要:以提高水包水多彩涂料的彩粒稳定性为目标,以石英砂及造粒工艺为对象,研究分析石英砂掺量、颗粒级配及造粒工艺对彩粒成粒效果及渗色性能的影响规律.结果表明:分散相中当石英砂掺量取30%~50%、颗粒级配以中小尺寸粒径搭配时,制得的彩粒尺寸及强度适中、抗渗色能力较强,喷涂顺畅且无流挂;在分散相中掺入适量空心玻璃微珠对彩粒沉底后...

Abstract:With the goal of improving the stability of color particles of w/w multicolor coatings,quartz sand and granulation process was selected as the object to study and analyze the effects of quartz sand content,particle grading and granulation technology on the color particle formation and bleeding performance of color particles.The test results showed that when the quartz sand content in the dispersed phase was 30%-50%and its particle size was in small and medium-sized ranges,the prepared color particles showed moderate size and strength,with strong anti-bleeding ability,which could be sprayed smoothly without sagging.Incorporation of an appropriate amount of lightweight quartz sand into the dispersed phase played a positive role in re-dispersing the color particles settling to the bottom by stirring.In the varnish system,when the quartz sand content was 25%-45%,the particle size of which was matched with the small size color particle size, the prepared coatings presented distinctivetexture effect, high color saturation and storage stability of the system. The granulation processshould be determined based on the appearance, shapes, size and other factors of the requiredcolor granules, of which the blade on the stirrer should not be too many or too narrow, with thestirring speed and time not exceed 400 r/min and 60 s.
