| 摘 要： | 根据高职教育的特点和现状，以就业为导向，通过分析高职土木工程专业《建筑施工技术》课程传统教学模式存在的问题，针对性地提出了与市场需求相吻合的教学改革理论与实践体系，从而提升高职学生的职业素质和就业能力。
