垃圾渗滤液处理厂自动控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:基于垃圾渗滤液处理厂工艺流程特点,通过对国内该行业生产控制现状的分析,从系统结构、软硬件配置和实现功能几方面阐述了自动控制系统的设计与实现,并着重论证了系统中的SBR自动控制,指出自动控制系统应是紧密结合工艺,集控制功能、管理功能和数据处理功能于一体的系统。

Abstract:Based on characteristics of process in refuse leachate treatment plant, and through analysis on current status of control of production in our country, the design and implementation of automatic control system are described in several areas, e.g., system structure, configuration of software and hardware, and functional implementation. The SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) automatic control in the system is expounded emphatically. It is proposed that automatic control system shall be an integrated system combining technique process, control function, management function and data processing.
