峰谷分时电价定价决策过程的动态仿真

摘    要:目前,有关峰谷分时电价TOU的研究往往集中在针对典型的日负荷曲线与用户响应模型,运用直接优化方法给出最优的TOU定价策略,并评估其实施效果.迄今为止,有关反映TOU最优定价决策过程的研究一直被长期忽视.为此,本文针对电力需求价格弹性矩阵的用户响应模型,在建立基于需求侧管理目标TOU定价决策模型的基础上,以峰时段与谷时段电价之比为定价策略,基于数值灵敏度技术,从不同的层面,通过对不同TOU定价策略所带来的影响进行动态仿真来真实再现TOU最优定价决策的过程.仿真结果表明,定价策略过高或过低都不合适,而应存在一个最优值,能够为制定科学、合理的TOU定价决策提供量化支持.
