| 摘 要： | 随着HDI制作工艺的飞速发展,不同品种类型HDI的制作决定着其本身所选用的积层方式和线路制作工艺。本文通过对各种HDI线路制作工艺的对比分析,探讨了目前国内各HDI生产厂家普遍采用的线路制作工艺与品质特性及其未来发展趋势。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development in HDI manufacturing technology, build up method and circuit manufac- turing technology chosen for itself are decided by different species and type of HDI in production. Based on circuit manufacturing technological contrast and analysis in all kinds of HDI boards, technological with quality characteristic on HDI circuit manufacturing adopted widespread by each HDI manufacturing corporation in our country and devel- opment trend in future are studied now in this paper. |
