摘    要:采用丙酮法的合成工艺,以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAl000)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、自制的三羟基中间体为主要原料,制备了一种新型光固化聚氨酯乳液。实验表明:当DMPA用量为6%~8%,三羟基中间体用量为5%时,所得乳液的综合性能良好,50℃恒温贮存30d不分层、无沉底。固化后漆膜硬度2H,耐丁酮擦拭性100次以上不透底。

Abstract:In the acetone process, a new UV-curable polyurethane emulsion was synthesized with 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate ( TDI ), polybutyleneglycol adipate ( PBA1000 ), dimethylolpropionic acid ( DMPA ) and self-made trihydroxy intermediate as main raw materials. The experimental results showed that the optimum comprehensive property was obtained with the amount of DMPA and trihydroxy intermediate 6%-8% and 5% respectively, and the emulsion didn't precipitated at constant storage temperature of 50~C for 30 days. The cured film showed good hardness of 2H and excellent butanone scrubbing resistance ( 〉 100 times ).
