某光电跟踪产品电磁兼容设计及应用

摘    要:以某光电跟踪产品为研究背景,从电磁干扰三要素出发,按照分层设计的思路完成了某光电跟踪产品的电磁兼容设计。结合具体实践,分别介绍了某光电跟踪产品的有源器件选型和印制板设计,接地设计,屏蔽设计以及滤波设计和瞬态干扰抑制。实验表明,该光电跟踪产品通过了电磁兼容监督检测中心的检测,完全满足系统的电磁兼容要求。

Abstract:With the studying background of a kind of photoelectric tracking production,and according to the three-factor of electromagnetic interference,the EMC design of a kind of photoelectric tracking production has been finished by means of step-by-step.This paper introduces the choosing of power-components and the design of PCBs,grounding,shield,filter and restraint of incidentally disturbance.It has been testified by EMC center that the photoelectric tracking seeker can satisfy the EMC demand of the system.
