某型检测设备的电磁兼容设计

摘    要:介绍了某型检测设备系统的电磁兼容设计方法。主要运用系统的方法,结合电磁兼容的要求,从方案研制开始,进行自顶向下的分析和设计,充分采用接地、屏蔽、滤波、布线等技术手段,并有针对性地进行了电源的电磁兼容、瞬态干扰抑制、软件抗干扰等重点设计。同时列举了在样机研制中出现和解决的实际问题。这些电磁兼容设计方法和解决问题的方法是地面检测设备通用且是行之有效的方法。

Abstract:The paper introduces electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)design for a certain missile test equipment.From the beginning of its proposal study phase,EMC of the test equipment system is analyzed and designed according to requirement of EMC by applying top-down design method.During the design,technical means,such as grounding,shielding,filtering and wiring and so on,are used,and the EMC of power supply,transient interference suppression,software anti-interferences are taken as key points of design.The paper also lists some practical problems encountered in the development of prototype.The design method discussed in the paper is common and effective for EMC design of missile test equipment.
