电脉冲对335HRB螺纹钢凝固组织和力学性能的影响

摘    要:对335HRB螺纹钢进行电脉冲处理,结果显示:经过2600V电脉冲处理后335HRB螺纹钢宏观凝固组织均发生明显变化,树枝晶减少,等轴晶增加;微观凝固组织中魏氏铁素体组织减少,珠光体增加,且珠光体片层间距变薄。电脉冲对335HRB螺纹钢显微硬度也具有明显的影响,使珠光体的显微硬度(HV)由183HV0.1提高到219HV0.1,铁素体显微硬度由未经过处理的127.2HV0.1提高到138.1HV0.1。

Abstract:After the treatment of electrical pulse to 335HRB screw steel with 2 600 voltage, the macrostructure was changed significantly,dendritic grain decreased and equiaxed grain increased. Meanwhile, the microstructure was improved as Widmanstats decreased, pearlites increased and the pearlite interlamellar spacing became narrower. It’s also suggested in the experiment that electrical pulse treatment contributed much to the micro-hardness amelioration, which was identified as following: the pearlites’was enhanced from 183HV0.1 to 219HV0.1 and the ferrites’from127.2 HV0.1 to 138.1HV0.1.
