摘    要:介绍了一种新型的蓄能互联热泵系统。利用数值模拟的方法对填充石蜡C17的球型蓄热单元的熔化与凝固过程进行研究,分析了球壁温度、相变单元尺寸和相变材料初始温度三种影响因素对熔化过程和球壁温度对凝固过程的影响。通过对两个过程对比发现相变单元尺寸对相变过程影响最大,在相同温差条件下完全熔化时间少于完全凝固时间,熔化过程中始终存在的石蜡-壁面与液相石蜡-固相石蜡之间的对流换热过程增加了熔化速率。

Abstract:introduced a new energy storage interconnected heat pump system, and numerical simulation is used to discuss the melting and solidification process of the paraffin in spherical heat storage unit. On this basis, the influence that the spherical wall temperature, spherical heat storage unit size and the PCM initial temperature on the melting process was investigated, and the influence that the spherical wall temperature exerts on the solidification process was analyzed. It was found that the diameter possesses the greatest influence on the melting process and solidification process, and the complete melting time was less than the complete solidification time at the same temperature difference. In the melting process, the convection heat transfer between paraffin and wall, liquid paraffin and solid paraffin increased the melting rate.
