摘    要:为探究低阶煤与玉米秸秆共热解过程中的协同作用,文章借助热重仪器分析了低阶煤与玉米秸秆的共热解特性,研究了升温速率对低阶煤与玉米秸秆共热解过程及其动力学参数的影响。研究结果表明:在快速升温条件下,玉米秸秆的加入促进了混合物共热解过程中挥发分的生成,提高了热解的转化率,降低了热解的活化能,两者的共热解过程产生了协同作用;随着升温速率的提高,低阶煤与玉米秸秆共热解过程的协同作用逐渐增强。

Abstract:In order to explore the synergy of the co-pyrolysis of low rank coal and corn straw,the article analyzes the co-pyrolysis characteristics of low rank coal and corn straw with the aid of thermogravimetric instruments.The effect of heating rate on the co-pyrolysis of low rank coal and corn straw and its kinetic parameters were studied.The results show that under the condition of rapid heating,the addition of corn straw promotes the generation of volatiles in the co-pyrolysis process,improves the conversion rate of pyrolysis,and reduces the activation energy of pyrolysis.The co-pyrolysis process produces synergistic effect.And with the increase of the heating rate,the synergistic effect of the co-pyrolysis of low rank coal and corn straw gradually increases.
