水电厂电气二次设备物理仿真实训系统

摘    要:为迅速提高水电厂运行维护人员的运行、维护、检修技能水平,文章提出了创建完全基于水力发电全过程的水电厂电气二次设备物理仿真实训系统,主要设备均采用水电厂设备技改后更换下的旧设备,并将所有的设备按照水电厂现场一致的方式规划设计。运用效果表明:能全面实现水力发电全过程中电气二次设备的各种运行工况、故障模拟及故障查找与分析。

Abstract:It is proposed in the paper that a physical simulation and practical training system of electrical secondary equipment in hydropower plant completely based on the whole process of hydroelectric power generation should be created in order to rapidly improve the operation,maintenance and overhaul skill level of the hydropower plant operation maintenance personnel.Old equipment replaced after hydropower plant equipment technical transformation are adopted as main equipment.All equipment is planned and designed according to field consistent method in the hydropower plant.The application results show that various operating conditions,fault simulation,troubleshooting and analysis of the electrical secondary equipment in the whole process of hydroelectric power generation can be realized comprehensively.
