新型智能电饭煲控制器设计与实现

分析设计一种新型智能化的电饭煲控制器。实现了控制器的输入、时间显示、定时、温度控制等功能。从硬件电路到软件实现都进行了详细的说明和设计。硬件系统以单片机为中央处理模块,用微机接口技术和电子技术设计了定时、火力控制、温度采集、键盘及显示系统等接口电路;软件部分运用单片机技术实现时钟芯片、温度芯片、继电器等外置器件的控制,最终实现了智能电饭煲控制器的人性化设计和操作。相对同类产品,本控制器功能齐全,性能稳定,价格低廉。

A Novel Intelligent Electric Cooker Controller Method and Realization

This paper analysed and designed a novel intelligent Electric Cooker Controller。 It can realize the Fixed time function、 displaying function and controlling of the temperature. The paper introduced the design from hardware circuits to software function modules in detail. The hardware system useed the high speed integrated circuit as the core, applied the microcomputer interface technique and electric technology to design the module of fixed time, fire-control, temperature data acquisition, keyboard and displaying system module circuits.In the software, it applied comprehensively of single-chip technology to control the peripheral devices, such as an external clock chip, chip temperature, relays etc. In the end, It has realized humanization design and operation.
