| 摘 要： | 以邯钢动力厂的VK50-3型空压机为例,介绍了叶轮喷水冲洗系统的工作原理和流程,并通过两次对空压机叶轮喷水冲洗的操作实践,总结了叶轮喷水冲洗具有降低空压机的轴振动值和提高其空气处理量的作用。

| Abstract: | The operating principle and the flow of impeller's water injecting washing system are introduced with a VK50-3 air compressor at Power Plant of Hangang(Handan Iron and Steel Group) as an example.Based on two-time operations of its impeller's water injecting washing system,the effects of the air compressor's axial vibration reducing and the air flux increasing have been summarized. |
