虚拟市场价值创造与电子商务模式分析

摘    要:国际互联网在商业领域内的广泛应用为广大企业和消费者带来了一个新型的市场空间:虚拟市场。企业在虚拟市场所展开的竞争已经使商业运作方式发生了实质性变化。两个市场价值创造过程不同,创造了许多新兴的电子商务模式。本文从虚拟市场价值创造角度分析了各种电子商务模式不同的价值创造过程,为企业从事国际互联网商务活动提供了可以借鉴的理论依据。

Abstract:The popularity of World Wide Web in business has brought to consumers, as well as enterprises, a new market: a virtual market. It has also brought about more competition and critical changes in the way we do business. E-business models emerge, as different value creation is perceived in the two different markets. This paper focuses on the analysis of value creation process of various e-business models and their managerial implications for those who plan to explore the virtual market.
