摘    要:随着制造业的国际化,中国正逐渐成为制造业大国,例如:珠江三角洲地区的钟表产量就占到全世界的1/4,而且已普遍使用数控机床和CAD/CAM软件编程加工零件,文章以典型CAD/CAM软件(UG CAM)及应用实例(手表外壳加工)为背景,说明UG CAM 软件数控编程的基本步骤、思路,重点突出其加工工艺和加工参数等关键问题,为表壳的数控编程提供参考.

Abstract:Our country is becoming a big factory, for example, the 25 percent clocks are made in the South China. In many factories, CAD/CAM (computer aided design and manufacture) technology and CNC machine tool are used every day. CAD/CAM is a typical exemplification combined modern information and traditional mechanism design, is the important composing part in advance manufacture technology, used typical CAD/CAM software (UG CAM) and application example(watchcase process) in this article, explain the basic process, thought way when using UG CAM software numerical control programme, give prominence to the key problem of its process technology and parameter while offer the NC programme exampled watchcase.
