| 摘 要： | 简要介绍绝缘栅极晶体管（IGBT）的结构、特点及其在铁路供电系统中的应用。重点讨论IGBT模块在铁路客车DC600V供电系统逆变器中的应用与保护。IGBT模块具有损耗小。便于组装，开关转换均匀等优点。应用结果表明，IGBT模块有过压、欠压保护，过流、过载、过热等保护功能，保证DC600V供电系统安全、可靠地运行。
