| 摘 要： | China＇s modern technology of reference material （RM） started in the 1950s - the first batch of national reference materials including steel, ferroalloys and iron ore were released by national standardization authorities in 1952, In the 1980s, reference material officially became a part of standardization management work. After the development in last two decades, a complete set of reference material regulatory system was established in China.
