摘    要:对引起循环水系统缓蚀阻垢剂消耗量偏大的原因进行了简要分析,并介绍了自动加药装置的原理.药剂浓度大幅波动、人工加药不及时是药耗偏大的主要原因.系统在高浓缩倍数运行条件下,采用自动化控制,是实现循环水系统的水质稳定控制的有效保证.密切监督水质变化,及时准确投加药剂,通过节水达到节约药剂的目的.

Abstract:This paper briefly analysis the reasons that cause the dosage of scaling and corrosion inhibitors be on the high side, and introduces the mechanism of the auto dosing vehicle. Fluctuation of inhibitors consistency and manual dosing are the main reasons. Automatic controlling is the effective assurance on the condition of high concentration factor. Monitor the fluctuation of water quality and dose in time. The goal of saving inhibitors can be achieved by the means of saving water.
