摘    要:介绍了用超临界流体膨胀减压过程制备水溶性药物超细微粒的基本原理、工艺流程、技术特点、研究现状和主要研究结果,并展望了其发展前景。

Abstract:Supercritical fluid expansion depressurization (SFED), a new method that has been developed recently is used to produce water-soluble drugs microparticles. Comparing with existing method, SFED has many unique technical advantages and outstanding prospect. The principles, process, technical characteristic, present level and major research achievements of SFED are introduced in this presentation.
