某低品位含炭铜钼矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:摘要:河南省某铜钼矿铜、钼含量低,部分有用矿物嵌布粒度细,与其它矿物共生紧密,且原矿中含有可浮性较好的石墨。针对原矿的矿石性质,经过合理的药剂制度和选矿试验研究,确定对该矿石采用铜钼混合浮选-铜钼分离-钼粗精矿再磨后精选的工艺流程,闭路试验流程从含铜0.42%,含钼0.021%的原矿中获得了含Cu 20.79%,回收率为90.18%的铜精矿和含Mo 46.27%,回收率为68.30%的钼精矿,并综合回收了伴生的金属银,取得了良好的浮选指标。

Abstract:Abstract: A copper-molybdenum ore in He-nan province has low Cu, Mo content, part of its valuable minerals are finely disseminated and closely coexisting with other minerals. Meanwhile, it also contains some graphite which has good floatability. Appropriate reagent system and mineral processing test are carried out according to the ore characteristics. The copper molybdenum mixed flotation --copper molybdenum separation-molybdenum rough concentrate cleaning after regrinding flotation circuit was determined. The closed-circuit test obtained good flotation indexes with associated silver metal was comprehensively recovered in the copper concentrate. Final concentrate grading 20.79% Cu and 46.27% Mo, at recoveries of 90.18% Cu and 68.30% Mo respectively.
