摘    要:为了满足现代先进飞行器的大攻角试验需求,提升风洞大攻角试验的测试能力,在FD-06风洞设计开发了一套大攻角试验系统.介绍了系统的总体方案、大攻角机构设计、测控系统设计和达到的主要技术指标.风洞标模试验数据以及实际应用结果表明,系统整体设计合理、堵塞度低、干扰小,可在连续变化攻角过程中动态采集数据,有效扩大了风洞的大攻角试验能力.系统采用的支臂拉杆式大攻角机构设计方法也具有普遍意义.

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of modern advanced aircraft at high angle of attack test and improve the testing capabilities of wind tunnel,a high angle of attack test system is developed in the FD-06 wind tunnel.The overall design is introduced,and then the mechanism design,measurement and control system design and the main technical indicators are described.The standard model data and actual application results show that the test capacity of the FD-06 wind tunnel at high angle of attack is effectively expanded because of low percentage of blockage,small disturbance and dynamic data acquisition with continuous movement of attack,so the design is reasonable.The new pull rod type arm technology adopted in the system is practical and worthy of using abroad.
